If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the 999ww platform.

999ww reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be published on the 999ww website and become effective from the date of change. 999ww recommends that you check this page regularly to stay informed about the latest rules. 1.1 Age and Eligibility

To register and play at 999ww, you must be at least 18 years old. 999ww strictly prohibits underage gaming and verifies the age of all new accounts. If you are under 18, you cannot create a 999ww account or place bets on the platform. If 999ww discovers that an underage user has created an account, that account will be suspended immediately and all winnings will be voided.

To use 999ww, you must be a legal resident of a country where online betting is legally permitted. 999ww does not provide services in certain countries, and you are responsible for using 999ww in compliance with your country's laws. If online betting is prohibited in your country, do not use 999ww.

1.2 Account Responsibility

Each user can create only one 999ww account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if 999ww detects duplicate accounts, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. You are responsible for keeping your 999ww account login information secure and cannot share your account with anyone. If your account is hacked or used without authorization, immediately notify 999ww customer support.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To create a 999ww account, you must provide accurate and complete information. All information requested in the 999ww registration form must be true and up-to-date. If you provide incorrect or false information, 999ww may suspend or close your account and void any winnings.

2.1 KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

999ww follows international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC policies. 999ww may verify your identity before processing withdrawals. For KYC verification, 999ww may request the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Driving License
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address proof)
• Selfie photo with document

999ww stores all documents securely and uses them only for verification purposes. If you do not complete KYC verification, 999ww cannot process your withdrawal request.

2.2 Account Suspension and Closure

999ww reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account at any time without cause. If 999ww suspects your account is involved in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other illegal activity, 999ww will suspend the account and initiate an investigation. If illegal activity is proven, 999ww may confiscate all your balance and take legal action.

3. Betting Rules and Policies

Sports betting, casino games, and live betting at 999ww all follow specific rules. Understanding and following 999ww betting rules is your responsibility. 999ww reserves the right to change betting limits, odds, and rules at any time.

3.1 Bet Placement

Placing a bet at 999ww means you accept all terms and odds of the bet. Once a bet is placed, 999ww generally does not allow it to be canceled or changed (except for certain cash-out features). 999ww reserves the right to review bets and void them in cases of technical errors, incorrect odds, or suspicious betting patterns.

3.2 Betting Limits

999ww sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game, market, and event. 999ww may offer higher limits for VIP players and high-rollers. 999ww reserves the right to adjust limits based on user betting history and account status.

3.3 Void and Cancelled Bets

999ww may void or cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If the match or event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to technical errors
• If the event had already started when the bet was placed
• If 999ww suspects the bet is related to match-fixing or fraud

In the case of voided bets, 999ww will return the stake amount to your account.

To withdraw 999ww bonuses, you must meet the wagering requirements. 999ww typically sets wagering requirements from 10x to 30x. For example, if you receive a BDT 1000 bonus and the wagering is 20x, you must place BDT 20,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus. 999ww wagering requirements must be met within a specific timeframe (usually 30 days).

5.3 Bonus Cancellation and Forfeiture

999ww reserves the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any bonus at any time. If you violate 999ww bonus terms, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
